Government (female ministers)
The government are usually known as ministers . It is led by the prime minister who select the other members of the government . Also , the prime minister and the other most senior ministers known as cabinet . All ministers come from the ranks of Parliament,most of them from the house of commons. However , there are 144 female ministers currently. In addition there are there are four female ministers in british goverment at the moment Theresa May MP,Caroline Spelman MP,Cheryl Gillan MP and Baroness Warsi. First MP, The Rt hon theresa May MP she is the secretary of state for the home department and minister for women and equalities.Second ly , The Rt hon CarolineSpelman MP a secretary of state for environment ,ffod and rural affairs . Thirdly, the Rt hon Cheryl Gillan MP a secretary of state of Wales . Finally, the Rt hon Baroness Warsi the minister without portfolio .
All in all , the countess de markievicz (1868-1927) she was the first woman elected successfuly to the house of commons but she did not take seat . However , Nancy vis countess (1879-1964) she was the first woman elected to the house of common and take seat in parliament .
